We collect only the minimum data required when you opt into saved search alerts, send an inquiry to a listing agency, or claim an official real estate agency account.
3. Zero Third-Party Data Brokerage
We never sell personal data to third-party brokers. Property inquiries are routed solely to the publishing real estate agency you selected.
4. Data Subject Rights under Llei 29/2021 (LQPD)
Under Andorran Qualified Act 29/2021 (LQPD) and GDPR, you may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, opposition, limitation of processing, portability, and not being subject to automated individual decisions at any time from your account settings or by direct request, and you may lodge a complaint before the Andorran Data Protection Agency (APDA).
