2. Free Consumer Access
Searching listings, viewing multi-agency price comparisons, saving alerts, and using our 4% ITP and passive residency calculators are 100% free for personal, non-commercial use.
3. Informational Nature of Listings & Calculators
Property prices, floor areas, and tax/residency estimates are provided for informational guidance and do not constitute binding legal, tax, or notarial advice.
4. Agency Profile Claim & Instant Opt-Out Protocol
Any licensed real estate agency may claim its profile via the Agency Portal to verify listings, connect a direct XML feed, or exercise immediate self-service opt-out / takedown.
